Because The Peninsula Chicago understands that each guest’s time is precious, the hotel offers ‘Peninsula Time,’ a unique check-in and check-out experience offering guests maximum flexibility, with no additional fee. Guests may check-in as early as 6:00 am on the day of arrival and check-out as late as 10:00 pm on the day of departure, provided the hotel has received the request 24-hours in advance of the arrival time. In the event the room is not ready at the designated arrival time, a holding room will be provided until the guest’s room is ready.
The customizable arrival and departure times allow for a much more relaxing and luxurious experience for Peninsula guests.
