How Can We Help?
Upload a photo for your TRUE ID card by navigating to your membership dashboard and choosing Update Your Photo for Your ID Card from the Admin menu.

- From the main page of your membership dashboard, hover your mouse over the Admin menu and click on Update Your Photo for Your ID Card.

- Scroll to the bottom of the profile update page and find the field called ID Card Photo.
- Click Choose File and upload a photo file from your computer.
- Click Update Profile to save.
PLEASE NOTE: While CCRA does not require formal headshots or passport photos for ID cards, we do request that uploaded files be professional and focus mainly on your face. DO NOT upload photos that include other people, kids, pets, or inappropriate backgrounds. Photos wearing sunglasses and other vacation clothing (swimsuits, etc…) would not be appropriate. This is your professional identification in the travel industry.
