Renew your expired CCRA membership by navigating to your membership dashboard and choosing your desired Membership Level from the list. Enter your payment information and renew.

- Use your CCRA username and password to log in to your membership account.
- Because your account is expired, you will be brought to a default Membership Levels
If you have a TRUE code and would like for it to be renewed, you must select the TRUE Membership Annual. No other membership level will renew your existing TRUE code.
- On the payment page, confirm your billing information, enter your credit card, and click Submit and Check Out.
PLEASE NOTE: If your account has expired for a period longer than 30 days, you will need to resubmit all required application documents except for references. Those documents can be uploaded at www.ccra.com/trueappupload. Once the documents have been received, your renewal will be approved and your TRUE number will be reinstated.
