Entering Bookings into TESS
The most important thing you’ll need to do to ensure you are paid commission is enter your bookings into TESS within a day or two of booking. First, you’ll need to create your client’s trip in TESS. View this video for details on how to do it. Once you’ve created a trip, you can enter the individual bookings for the trip. This video will walk you through adding the bookings.Commissions are paid AFTER a client travels.

Booking with Your TRUE Code
Ready to book travel with your TRUE code? Everything you need to get started is below. First, you’ll choose your preferred suppliers and register your agency using your TRUE code. Use any of the links below to find suppliers you want to build direct relationships with. There are a few documents you’ll want to have on hand as you begin to register your TRUE code. They include a W-9, your TRUE certificate, and you may be asked for your agency address on your company letterhead.
